One fine morning, a fisherman was resting lying down in the shade of a palm tree on the famous Chowpatty Beach, Mumbai. A shipping magnate who was a millionaire was hurriedly pacing up and down on the beach. In the hurry, his leg hit the fisherman's leg. He apologised profusely, but later on he started advising the fisherman. He said "The whole of Mumbai is busy doing

something and you good-for-nothing, you are just lying lazily. Don't you want to catch fish?" The fisherman replied that he had already caught enough fish to take care of his immediate needs.

So the businessman said, "So if you catch more fish, you buy another fishing net". The fisherman asked, " So how will it help me?". The Businessman said , " With another net, your turnover will double and in six months time, you can buy a boat for yourself". The fisherman asked, "So how will it help me?" Businessman replied, "Look, once you have a boat, you can employ others to fish for you, and your turnover can be many times greater."

Once again the fisherman asked, "So how will it help me?" Businessman said, "Then you can have mechanized boats, be a millionaire like me and have a relaxed time."

Fisherman said, "That is exactly what I am having right now. I am enjoying relaxation, whereas you are incapable of enjoying, despite having everything."

you must take the positive message from this story. It does not mean that people should stop working. It tells us to enjoy what we have, rather than going after "something more" all the time.

Becoming is hard and tough. Being is simple and easy. Meditation is being yourself.
