There are two entrepreneurs who are manufacturing sheet metal parts. Both are manufacturing the same quality of parts, but one is doing it as a leader and another as a follower. The follower manufactures good quality parts not because he wants to, but because of the quality control inspector. If the inspector were not there, then he is most likely

to send across bad quality product. That means giving quality goods is not his own rule, it is the quality control inspector's rule. As soon as the follower sees the quantity control inspector, his blood pressure rises.On the other hand, the leader manufactures good quality parts because he wants to. He has made it his own rule. The quality control inspector is just like a friend who is helping him in his own job. As the Leader manufactures good quality products as if it is his own rule, he is getting self-satisfaction out of it. He experiences Swarga, whereas the follower experiences Naraka while doing the same work.Both are doing the same work, but how one approaches the work is very important. At any given moment, you can either be a Leader or a follower. It depends on you and not on the situation.So be aware and go on observing how you do whatever you do.
